Champion Concept - Scrape the Bandle Thug
Lore(kinda): Scrape is a yordle street punk that was always a lot tougher then he looked and wanted to prove that scientists and military personal could represent yordles at Summoner's Rift.
Appearance: Scrape is roughly 1 meter tall, thick rough fur that is a light brown color with a distinctive black thunderbolt-like strike down his body.

Passive: Rough up - All basic attacks deal 9+1.5xlevel in physical damage and applies "Roughed Up" debuff on champions, minions and monsters for 3 seconds, effects doubled on minions.
Q: Crazed Dash - Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 Mana cost: 40 Range 1200 (each dash has a range of 500 at an angle)
Scrape dashes 3 times in a zig-zag (going right left right) in 3 linear non-colliding dealing 45/55/65/80/90 +(0.4 total AD) in physical damage. Reactivating the ability will stop additional dashing, When an enemy has "Roughed Up" debuff and is damaged by Crazed dash refund 20 mana or 40 if an enemy champion is killed. Crazed dash can go over walls if the angle down right.
W: Glare - Cooldown 20/18/16/15/14 Mana cost: 100/110/120/130/140 Range: 450
Scrape gives a vicious glare that slow all enemies in a cone for 35/40/45/50/55% for 3 seconds. When an enemy has "Roughed Up" debuff on the slow duration is increased to 5 seconds instead.
E: Bring it on - Cooldown 5/4.5/4/3.5/3 Mana cost: 80/85/90/95/100 Range: 125
Passive: Enemies with the "Roughed Up" debuff heal Scrape for 5 +.5x level +(0.1 total AD) over 3 seconds.
Active: Scrape delivers a devastating headbutt dealing 65/70/75/80/85 +( 0.8 total AD) in physical damage. Bring it on resets Scrape's Autoattack Timer.
R: This Turf is Mine!! - Cooldown: 130/115/100 Mana cost: 180 Range: Cast range 350/ Radius range 600
Passive effect: Enemy champions within the radius with the "Roughed up" debuff retain it the entire duration of This Turf is Mine!!
Active effect : Scrape claims a small area for him and any enemy champions within the area. All of Scrape's skill cooldowns are reduced by 50% before any cooldown reduction items. No enemy champions can leave or enter the area while Scrape is radius though any skills can be done to champions inside of the radius. The effect lasts 5/6.5/8 seconds before disappearing dealing 75/125/ 175 + (.7 total AD) in physical damage. If Scrape leaves the area the are disappears and deals damage any enemy champions in the area.
