New Champ Ideas(ish?)

I know rito probably gets way too many of these, but I've got an idea for a new champion as well as maybe a reason why i want this new kind of champion in the league. League of Legends is a great game, there is no doubt about that, it's amazing to be able to go to a completely different country with a completely different culture and still be able to talk video games, the gaming community is just so cool (most of the time :P).

And not only that, but LOL isn't just an American game, by that I mean that so many champions reflect so many different cultures, xin zhao is chinese, yasuo is japanese, casseopia is greek, azir is egyptian, tf is clearly from LA, olaf is a viking, udyr is native american, sejuani/vlad is russian or eastern European, Karma is Indian, Ahri is Korean, the conflict between Demacia and Noxus is clearly a representation of the conflict between Socialism and Capitalism, Piltover vs Zaun holds many similarities between cold war USSR vs US, we have pirates, Atlantians, Fae spirits, other-worldly caretakers, lunar and solar goddesses, WWI ace pilots, gargoyles, ninja clans, Irish drunks, angels, demons, monkey kings, elemental gods, tree spirits, Mr. Hyde, female tarzan, and so many many more.

Like it's insane the diverse cast we have, although we are missing a bit a diversity when it comes to certain groups. For instance, the only champion we have representing the entirety of Africa is Teemo... yeesh, and so I was thinking, it would be kinda cool to have a sort of New Orleans/South African style champion, one who could fill in that gap. As much as I love thinking about Teemo as actually being Nigerian in origin (lol), it would be really cool to have a sort of witch doctor type character, you know? And I know the diverse cast was more of an accident than an actual, "hey lets have a champion to represent every culture" but I just think if your all out of ideas, this would be a cool one to implement.
