Just wanted to throw my champion idea out there, the name is up for debate, but I liked the general idea.

Chip, The Wandering Merchant passive: Teammates can shop while within 1000 range of Chip, chip gains 5% of whatever is spent as his shop. prices are 10% higher until level 6, 5% higher from level 6 to level 11, and same price from level 11 to level 18. Q: Buy and use a potion that heals 120 hp slowly (like the actual potions do), costs 100, 70, 70 with 2 possible charges, 35 with 2 possible charges, 35 with 3 possible charges. spending gold not mana. W: Buy and place a ward, costs 75 gold, upgrades the length of wards and cost with each level applied. at level 5 place invisible vision wards. E: Drain gold from the opponent drain 1,2,3,4,5 gold per second (per 100 ability power), lasts 1.5 seconds R: create a wave of gold, dealing damage to all enemies hit equal to 20,30,40% the difference in funds between Chip and whomever he is hitting, Costs 100,150,200 gold.

If you have any ideas on how to balance the character more, feel free to message me, I am up to suggestions, as long as the core of the champion remains the same.

I'm actually surprised this hasn't been done before. Bout time we got a merchant class. Thinking of the merchant class from Bravely Default.

Interesting concept I can't deny, but I don't understand how some of his abilities work. For example, would his ult be better if he has more gold than his targets or less? Or is it the same depending on the total difference? (Chip has 1,000 gold, enemy has 100 gold, difference is 900 gold -OR- Chip has 100 gold and enemy has 1,000 gold, difference is still 900--is damage the same in both instances?) This kind of would pigeonhole him into holding more gold. Assuming he has $4k gold (easily attainable if he never buys anything) and nobody else has more than $1k, he'll do ~1600 damage at max rank.

I think his E would have to probably last longer and drain faster to make it worth anything. His Q and W should also be discounted for potions and wards otherwise he's basically just a walking ward.

Good concept just not sure how it would work TBH.
