New champ (The anamorph)

The champ is a blob and we can make it Zac's brother (Ralph) maybe. Anyways his Q can absorb an enemy attack and throw it back at them for like 10 seconds. The W Bounces their ability back at them the E can use their move to heal himself and the Ult transforms (Ralph) into the enemy champ with all of their abilities for a certain time period.
