Maeror, The Mask of Death

My second champion concept. Appreciate feedback.

Passive: Deathly Aura -Enemies under 60% of their health have a death aura around them, which Maeror can feed of. Doing so can passively give Maeror armor and magic resist. Enemies under 40% of their give off more deathly aura.

Q: Spirits Converge (8/7/6/5/4 cooldown) -Maeror sends out two spirits that converge upon hitting an enemy champion, minion, or neutral monster. If a enemy is around their minions, then the two spirits will prioritize champions, avoiding minions. If the spirits converge on a minion or monster, they will be stunned. Enemy champions will be slowed.

W: Dominate (15/14/13.5/12.5/10 cooldown) -Maeror gives himself a stack of dominate, and gives himself more stacks of dominate by basic attacks. Upon reaching 5 stacks, Maeror will start rapidly regenerating health and mana, and gain a burst of ability power.

E: Third Eye (10/9/8/7/6.5 cooldown) -Maeror shoots out a spirit. If the spirit notices any enemy champions or minions, Maeror immediately in the opposite direction the enemy champion/minions are walking towards. If the champion/minion is inanimate, Maeror will dash in the opposite way the the enemy is facing.

R: Merciless Demeanor (115 cooldown) -Maeror empowers himself, gaining attack speed and movement speed. For every basic attack, he executes five, each one empowered. Afterwards, he becomes untargetable for a short time.

Lore: Still working on the finishing touches. Basically Maeror is a man who gets obsessed with death after his mother dies. He tries the master the ways of death, and use it to become a assassin. After a mission gone wrong in which he kills an innocent man, he has a a change of heart. He now tries to use his powers of death for good and not evil.
