[Champion Concept] Phantasmis, the Shattered Ascendent
Name-Phantasmis, the Shattered Ascendent Role-Multi-Role Alliance-Shurima
P-Ascendent Perfectica Phantasmis spent millennium perfecting himself, giving him a dual passive. The first part of his passive is the first spell or melee attack performed after shapeshifting deals true damage + 10% bonus damage. Cooldown is 25/15/10 seconds, scaling with his ultimate. The seconds part of his passive is every time Phantasmis respawns, he gains a shield that protects him for the same amount as the ability that killed him. (In other words, if he died to an ultimate that dealt 512 damage, his shield when he respawns is worth 512 health). While in his base form, Phantasmis can only basic attack or shapeshift. Leveling up his abilities has no effect on the cooldown for the initial shapeshift, instead, it levels up each sub-ability. If Phantasmis changes forms while an ability is being executed, the ability will immediately stop its effects and go onto cooldown.

Q-Siphon Starlight
Phantasmis can channel for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds and move at 65% reduced movement speed while he siphons the light from nearby stars. After the channel is complete, or when Phantasmis ends the channel early, the starlight bursts from Phantasmis and heals all nearby friendly minions and champions. Heal amount scales with ability power.
W-Null Zone
Phantasmis creates a null zone on the ground, while in this zone, no auto-attacks or abilities that directly relate to auto attacks can be performed. This ability affects both allied and enemy champions and lasts for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/1.75 seconds. This ability deals no damage.
E-Pain Split
Phantasmis chooses one allied champion and splits his pain with theirs. Whichever champion has more health, the other will heal for a high amount, scaling decently with his AP, but it can not heal them for greater than the higher of the two health pools. Essentially, both champions will end up with equal health pools, or close to it.
R-Revert Forms
Phantasmis shapeshifts back into his base form and heals for 50 health +20% of his ability power
W-Shapeshift: Nature Guardian -Melee AAs -Tank/Disruptor -Health and Light AP Focused
Q-Lightning Strike
Phantasmis calls down a powerful bolt of lightning to strike the earth, dealing magic damage +60% of his ability power. If an enemy is caught at the epicenter of the bolt, they take magic damage +100% of his ability power and are stunned for 1.5 seconds. The radius of the epicenter is extremely small. The normal damage radius of the bolt is still small but not nearly as small as the epicenter.
W-Earthen Blessing
Phantasmis chooses one of his allies and grants them a shield that protects them for 10% of their maximum health that lasts for 1/1.5/2/3/5 seconds before falling off. When the shield expires, if there is still a shield left, it heals the affected ally for 50% of the remaining shield.
E-Earthquake
Phantasmis cracks the earth in his nature guardian form, creating an earthquake that quickly spreads in a cone in front of him. Enemies caught in the quake take physical damage based on their maximum health as well as being slowed by 20/30/40/45/50% for 1.5 seconds. Phantasmis needs 1 second to channel this ability before he can perform it.

Phantasmis shapeshifts back into his base form and gains a shield that protects him for 50 health +15% of his missing health
E-Shapeshift: Wight -Melee AAs -AD Assassin -Attack Damage Focused
Q-Spirit Chains
Phantasmis throws spectral chains out in a line that wrap around the first enemy champion hit. The affected champion is slowed for 50% +15% of their movement speed for 2 seconds. While the duration is active, the target is also affected by grievous wounds.
W-Displacement
Phantasmis channels for 1 seconds before teleporting to a location a short distance away. After he teleports, the area he teleports from leaves behind a smoke that blinds any enemy champions caught within it.
E-No Escape
Phantasmis throws his weapons out in front of him in a line, dealing damage to all enemy units caught in the line. If the spirit blades never hit an enemy champion they will return to Phantasmis automatically. If they collide with an enemy champion, they deal damage equal to two of his basic attacks and fall to the ground. Phantasmis will need to walk over them to pick them back up or wait 2 seconds. While Phantasmis is not in possession of his spirit blades, he can not auto attack in this form.
R-Revert Forms
Phantasmis shapeshifts back into his base form and gains a cleave on his next five basic attacks when he returns to his base form. The cleave deals 30/40/50% of his attack damage in front of him
R-Forbidden Ascension -Melee AAs -Mage -Ability Power Focused
Q-Fractal Image
Phantasmis creates 1/1/2/2/3 clones of himself that will mimic the next spell that he performs. Each spell mimicked deals 10/20/25/30/35% of the damage phantasmis himself deals. After the mimics perform their spells, they will disappear; however, the mimics share the same health pool as Phantasmis but take double damage from all sources. In addition to these effects, they can not be controlled, instead, follow behind Phantasmis in a line behind him until he casts a spell.
W-Meteor
Phantasmis calls down a small meteor to strike the earth at a target location dealing moderate magic damage. Once impacted, the meteor will crack and fall into pieces which create a small AOE of fire, dealing small amounts of magic damage a second to any enemy units caught within.
E-Daggerswarm
Phantasmis creates hundreds of tiny spectral daggers in a cloud around a targeted enemy champion. After a 1.5 second delay, the daggers all impact the target at once, dealing moderate magic damage, and applying grievous wounds.
R-Revert Forms
Phantasmis shapeshifts back into his base form and his cooldowns are reduced by 3/5/10 seconds
Art Stuff: (I can’t draw so I’ll just describe them)
His base form is this humanoid covered in black shadows that drip occasionally Auto attacks in this form are just him punching things When he shapeshifts, an animation will play that appears as though it pains him a great deal to do so Starchild form is similar to Soraka but male, more pronounced musculature as well as looking far more sinister Auto attacks in this form are him throwing glowing yellow balls, similar to Aurelion, and they sparkle slightly on impact When he reverts from this form, the pained animation is less severe, since he is healing Nature Guardian form is interesting, imagine a stone version of Maokai (No not galio), as if you replaced the bark and twigs with arcane runes all over, an arcane golem if you will. Then have moss growing all over his body. Auto attacks are punching like Mao Reverting from this form is not pained, but a calm transformation Wight form appears to be an undead version of a Noxian or Demacian soldier with a large sword and black mist swirling around his fists Auto attacks are using the sword Reverting from this form appears to be extremely painful and take the largest mental toll to perform Forbidden Ascension is his ultimate form, both in kit and in lore, is appears to be a greater version of his base form, growing inky black wings, long claws, and two piercing white suns for eyes. The wings are not traditional shapes, instead more geometric and for ascetic than for function Auto Attacks are swipes with his long claws Reverting from this form appears to be relieving almost as if the last strands of humanity in Phantasmis show through the ink
Lore:
One of the first emperors of Shurima, Phantasmis was obsessed with the process of ascension. He drove himself mad with his studies, mixing tradition with ancient arcane techniques. Eventually, Ascension found the broken Phantasmis, splitting his soul into five pieces, but imprisoning each piece within a shadowy form of his once magnificent body.
