Skin Shards

I would like to suggest the ability to use champion-specific skin shards in order unlock mastery 6-7.

The idea came up when I got a skin shard for a skin that I already owned twice, these skin shards pertained to champions I have yet to unlock mastery 6-7 for.

This seems to be kinda a waste, since it is way easier to get blue essence than to get skin shards, especially since you want them champion specific. [sg-zephyr]

I kinda doubt that there are enough people who would want to use that feature, so not really worth to implement it.
