Suggestion of a New Champion

I'm here to suggest a new champion. Thank you from now to looking to this.

I am thinking that it could be a Pegasus... A horse with a horn and wings... Q - The horn, gets out of his head, and it goes for the selected enemy, and it gives him stun and some damage. W - The wings can get out of his body, and be put in another ally. The ally gets immune to knock-up's and also gives moviment speed for some seconds. E - this ability creates a copy of an ally, exchanging it for a minion, being shown on the mini-map and the map. It can hit champions or minions and they follow our steps. If we hit minions, they hit minions. If we hit champions, they hit champions as well. R - It gives blindness for some seconds to the enemy. Passive - All over the map, there are some feathers that gives cooldown reductions to Pegasus Hits: The horn releases a radius for wholesale body, turning it (horn) coloured, and Pegasus recieves health. This abillities costes all Pegasus's health. His name can be diferent then Pegasus, of course. I havent worked on the champion's design and other things, but it's just a start.
