Recall animations, question for the rework team

Is it possible in the near future that all champions have their own recall animation, and for the skins as well, and the older legendary ones have a special animation like the newer ones, I know that changing something in a skin is a difficult decision, because everyone have their own tastes; but still. Is it possible, and how near would this future be coming if it's possible?
