The transformations as it level is real cool.
It's a concept that can be applied to either stacks or lv.
I think stacks is better. As the lv mechanic already seen on Kayle. It's okay to use on Cho as well. But too add some uniqueness to him. So it be he doesn't only increase in size but in appearance as well.
It really would add more to his theme.
