League should implement a 'skins' section to the collection tab in the client.

I think if there were a skins section in the client for people to view all of their skins it would be very easy to implement and make it easy for people to see all of the skins they have spent their RP on. The section would make it nice to find those skins you do not know you own because of the new loot tab. I find myself realizing that I own skins that I forgot about because of re-rolls, this skins tab would fix that problem.
