So for Christmas this year, you guys need to make a Jacob Marley Thresh Skin (From A Christmas Carol). Top hat, the oldschool clothes, chains, the works. When he tosses his lantern (chest of gold?) he should moan "EBENEZER," in a slow Threshy voice. And for giving you guys such a genius idea, you should give me one for freesies. And if you REALLY wanna be cool make a summoner icon to match. Sick idea right. Now I gave you a goldmine, give me my skin.

I think you meant Jacob Marley: The ghost of Christmas past was a child; present was akin to the mental image of Santa Clause; and Christmas future was Death.

I agree however (if you meant Jacob Marley, who WAS draped in chains, specifically chests of gold and the like, from his living acts of greed, like asking riot for free stuff :P) with your idea. I would add:

Christmas future: Karthus (obvious) Christmas Present: Mundo. (Throws food / presents/ etc. at you) or braum (cause he fits pretty well, and needs some skin lovin) Christmas past: many options
