Morusan The Moray Vanguard

n- The Moray Vanguard. 'Deep within the seas off the coast of bilgewater an ancient power stirs. the Eel-like people known long ago as the Eelosan thought to have been lost benath the seas for eons, have risen from their coral chambers. The reason being the eelosan often stole from the other tribes and kingdoms of the sea in days of old. when word of a moonstone was being sought after a certain tidecaller was trying to find, sparked intrest in the people of the capital city Corl'sulan. Morusan a vanguard of his elite guard the Eel's grasp' heard this message and offered to go forth onto the shores and get the stone before the tidecaller did. He tracked her trail, asking many people of who and where she may be. Three weeks later after he spoke to a tall purple robbed figure The man said "This tidecaller you seek is commonly seen on the battlefield. Morusan pinned the man to the wall and said "Where.. is she..." The man gasping for breath spoke a few words before he passed out The league...of.. leg..nds. Morusan set off to find the league armed with his shield of spiked shells and abalone, and blade of ever sharp coral, and vanished into the fog.

Passive- Eel's pursuit Morusan gains 15 movement while in water, however he loses this on land but gains 10 attack damage increasing by 3 each level. Q- Coral charge Morusan lunges his blade forward into an enemy if the blade hits he reduces their armor by 3 percent for 5 seconds W- Moray's tactics Morusan points his blade at an ally empowering them giving them 5% increased movement and 3% attack damage for 5 seconds. E- Abalone bulwark- Morusan raises his shield reducing damage by 20% for 2 seconds after the shield is raised those who attacked are delt 5% of the damage taken (Reduced to 2% for multiple enemies) R- Fury of the Moray Morusan leaps crashing down on his enemies dealing damage to all hit reducing their damage done by 3% for 10 seconds and slowing them by 15 for 3 seconds. Morusan is a bruiser
