[Item concept] Support tower regeneration item

After the newest patch [5.22] and all its changes I had an idea for a new support item. Towers are getting pushed so fast and it would be nice if you as support could do something against it.

Support item "Tower regeneration" +30 Armor +350 Health +250 Mana Cost: 2400

Unique Passive: Friendly towers nearby gain +30 Armor / +15 Magic Resist Unique Active: While being active targeted friendly tower gets HP regenerated. 30 percent of regenerated HP will be taken from your health. 90 seconds cooldown.

Item stats are WIP. This item is supposed to be bought as 4th item on (tanky) supports (after gold item, sightstone and boots). It really would be nice for supports to have specific support items.

I voted yes when it came to the item's idea, however I feel as if Tower Regen should be placed into a champion's passive as if Hiem's old passive. Then again with Heim being the turret master, that maybe be hard on the LOL fans.
