Skin Theory
We are LoLers, we thrive on the thrill of a great match on the rift. We love making plays and we love looking sexy while we do it. After reading this article I got to thinking just how much really goes into making a skin and how fun it would be to actually be a part of the team that comes up with a new concept. Recently I purchased a lot of the new skins because they are awesome as all get out, but after thinking hard on it and remembering the relevance of THEME in the decision making, I found myself even thirstier for new more fitting skins. I understand that the play percentage of a champ is a factor in deciding if they get a new skin, but for me and anyone like me, I'll pick up a new champ just because the skins for them look sick. Ok, Ok to the point. Truth be told I was entirely disappointed after the Dark Star Ori & Kha' Zix skins came out. Not because they aren't cool, but because the two seemingly no brain picks for an expansion of the Dark Star theme (in my opinion) have to be Aurelion Sol & Syndra. Both of which have a very weak skin cache and seem basically synonymous with what the Dark Star theme is about. Can we make this happen already Riot?
