Xmas is coming up soon, I was enjoying my holiday. However, Riot gives me a sick offer in my Snowdown shop with a "Deep One Kassadin skin" , it shows with 1310RP -> now 393RP (-70%). But actually the "Deep One Kassadin skin" was only sell 520RP in original price. This maketing strategy makes me feel really disappointed.

Buy Kassadin for 3150 IP then buy the skin for 70% off (so 156 RP). The bundle is including Kassadin and the skin (790 + 520 = 1310). Buying Kassadin for IP will make the bundle take his RP cost out of it and it'll be the price of the skin instead of the skin and him.
