Rock Star Azir!

So think of it like this: You have Elvis's outfit, on . Boom. Already awesome because both have so many flowing parts. What makes it even better is that his staff is a microphone. Not fully sure how the helmet would work, possibly take ideas from other artists for it? Otherwise you could turn it into a pompadour looking sorta of thing. For his abilities his soldiers could be fans or back up dancers, whichever would work out more nicely. If they're fans, their spears are posters. Back up dancers, the spears could be kicks instead. (Sort of a hop, then kick, so the animation has the same flow as Azir's normal soldier attacks. For his shield it's a spotlight. For his ultimate, it's a wall of bodyguards, all sticking their hands out. If his recall got to be changed too, I'd make it a singing solo if possible, or posturing with his mic at least.
