Should I buy Teemo? If not who should I buy or save up for?
Should I buy Teemo? Is he worth it? If not who should I buy or save up for? Any help would be appreciated.

If you haven't played him on free week (can't remember a teemo free week in forever), then the answer is no. Only buy champions you have played before or at least watched videos of (unless they're 450) or you may end up regretting it.
Teemo is the most dodged champion in the game so you would find it to not be such a worthwhile investment, at least while you have so many other options available to you. People hate to play with him no matter what role hes taking and you will be flamed and blamed automatically as the reason youre team lost simply because youre Teemo.
What role do you play the most or main? If youre comfortable with the main champions you have, i suggest you buy something for a role you may have to play whether you want to or not. I hear alot of people that go "I can't play that role cuz i dont gots no champions for it"
What are some of your favorite champions to play? What is your favorite lane or role to play? Knowing that would make it easier to decide if Teemo is a good fit for you.
It really depends on you. I'd say make a list of every champion you don't own, and then order that list by placing the first champ you don't own that you would want to at the top. Then, cross him/her off the original list and repeat until you have a list of champs in the order you would want to buy them. That's what I did at least.
wow its 2015 and there are still people who havent unlocked all champions lol
