Absolute top skin for a Ziggs.

Hi, i got a request, could riot make a skin for ziggs as pokemaster (Pokeball master)? cause he has a lots of balls to throw. I've got few ideas but I'm not sure if you can use pokemons. Or something similar to them. It's crazy idea, but i'm laughing for almost an hour. I hope you like it.
