kind of a cool idea
I dont think Oriana needs to be changed at all, but i did think of a cool idea if when she ults and if your q was off cooldown you could move the enemies that are in trapped in the ult. 
like syndra does tibbers >:D

It would be cool to see that happen, but her ult is already a good enough ability as is and the ability for her to move The Ball with her Q or E during the ult and all enemies trapped inside the ult move too is a bit broken.
