Champion Idea - Schk'al the Void Telepath
I have not written any lore, but this is just something I thought up!
Introducing a brand new champion concept, stepping right out of the void, is Schk’al the Void Telepath.
Passive: Untouched - Schk’al gains stacks of Sight while moving. At 20 stacks, the next auto attack or ability from an enemy champion will be dodged completely(Applies before Bandshee’s Veil)
Q: Foresight - Schk’al summons his Rek’dog and it follows an enemy champion for 10 seconds. It is unkillable and Schk’al deals 2% of the enemy’s maximum health as True Damage on hit while they are being followed. At rank 5, Schk’al will also steal 10% of his target’s movement speed for 2 seconds(does not stack).
W: Telepathy - Schk’al selects a champion or monster which he can move.
Champions are pushed back 300 units and take (30, 40, 50, 60, 70)+(40% Bonus Attack Damage) and are slowed for one second.
Minions and monsters are lifted and moved 500 units in any given direction, they then land, dealing 750 True Damage to the minion or Monster and (50, 150, 250, 350, 450)+(10% of Base Attack Damage) to all enemies near the landing location and are stunned for 1 second.
E: Reckless Dash
Schk’al dashes in a set direction(can go over terrain) and fires a bolt when he lands to the nearest enemy, dealing 5% of the target’s missing health as true damage and shielding Schk’al for (70, 100, 150, 225, 350)+(25% Bonus Ability Power) if the bolt strikes a champion.
R: Enter the Void
Schk’al slams the ground, dealing (100, 200, 300)+(70% Attack Damage) and slaying all Minions/Non-Epic monsters in the area instantly. This ground is then a rift for the void and enemies near it can take damage from void creatures spilling out of the gate.
Void Creatures:
Vik’Rah: Melee - Detonates on target dealing 2.5% of missing health
Buk’Les: Ranged - Throws javelin at target dealing 2.5% of missing health
Sel’Tke: Magic - Fires bolt of energy at target dealing 2.5% of missing health
Consecutive strikes by Vik’Rah, Buk’Les, and Sel’Tke deal 10% additional damage, capping at 12.5% of missing health (5 strikes)
Void creatures last 3 seconds or one strike. Upon the first strike, they die and are sucked back into the void rift.
