Ivan, The Mad Bomber-Resume concept creation

While looking into the lore on Nautilus , my favorite champion, I became aware that Ivan The Mad Bomber was dropped as a concept during Naut's creation. My name is Ivan, and I would like to see this champion actually become a playable champion. He isn't just like Ziggs , with some adaptation he could be a really unique champion. I just want this page to be here as a sign saying riot should develop Ivan. Comment if you agree, maybe with enough people Riot will actually do it.
