Gp's skin
A lot of people said we will get a skin for Gp once we obtain the icons from the Bilgewater event, so is it true? And if it is, how can we get it?

No, the idea is that if you played him at least once after his rework you get his Captain Gangplank skin for free at the end of the event.
You have to had already owned him, and played him during the event in order to get the new skin.
