Clown Bard

Riot me and a friend had a great idea. CLOWN BARD!!! Instead of his normal hair he has an Afro, and a funny jacket on, with polka dots all over his body. The skin would cost 1820 RP, and would revoice him with funny carnival sounds. His dance would be on a uni cycle, juggling. His chimes would be clown noses, and every time he picked on up, he got on a uni cycle as his speed boost. For his Q he could squirt water in a line, or throw some weird material. For his shrines, he could have pies, and for his magical journey, the tunnel would be like a disco, and have random colored lights in it. For his ultimate, I feel it should create a giant carnival tent in the area, or throw a giant pie. For his meeps, they would be the same except they would have clown noses and polka dotted Afros as well! I think this could be an epic skin idea, and I hope you consider it! Thanks!
