So before I start, I would like to say this is my first time attempting to "propose" a champion, and all feedback would be greatly appreciated, also there's no lore, I am a number's guy, I can't write to save my life. So without further distraction, I present :

Ralx, The Chaotic --------------------- Allegiance : None Role : Assassin/Mage Race : Yordle Age : Unknown

Ralx is a Yordle, with dark, chestnut fur with a slight crimson tinge to it. He wears a slate/charcoal colored hoodie. He wears loose pants, of a greyish/seafoam green color(Primarily Grey with the slightest hint of seafoam green). His shoes are tan bandades that were wrapped around his feet. His tail is slightly long, shorter and less fluffy than Gnar's.

Personallity : Ralx is a very Cautious, yet deranged Yordle, loving the smell of wild fires and, non wild fires.

TIME FOR NUMBERS :D (Explanation on Numbers, all numbers were based around various assassins for his base values, his Abilities were based on other Abilities sort of similar to his. All Numbers are subject to Change)

Passive >Combustable Fur - Upon dropping to 30% Health, Ralx Catches fire for 2s and explodes after, dealing 25/30/35/40/45(+15% Max Health) damage to all Enemies around him. While on fire, Ralx has a -15% movespeed penalty

>Chaos Lighter - Ralx cannot purchase Normal Trinkets, and instead must buy a Chaos Lighter. Two types of each normal Trinket are Available, Physical and Magical. Ralx cannot switch between the two types, but can switch to another trinket of the same type as often as he wants. The Type he chooses determines what damage Ralx's spells will deal. >//Summoner's Rift/Crystal Scar Physical Warding Lighter/Magical Warding Lighter Physical Sweeping Lighter/Magical Sweeping Lighter Physical Scrying Lighter/Magical Scrying Lighter //Howlling Abyss Physical Porosnax Lighter/Magical Porosnax Lighter(Ralx doesn't start with a porosnax and must pay 0 gold to get a lighter) >Ralx cannot level any of his Abilities until he has purchased a Lighter.

1st Ability - Bursting Power >Mana Cost - 55/60/65/70/75 ------- Cooldown - 11/10/9/8/7s ------ Claw Range increase - +25 --------------- Skillshot range - 900 --------------- Missile Speed - >Ralx's Q is a two part spell, He can either opt to use it as a Melee Enhancement, or to use it as a skillshot nuke, the Skillshot is more heavily influenced by Magic Damage. Passive - Ignition - Enemies hit with this ability are set ablaze for 3 seconds, taking 10/15/20/25/30 Magic damage every second >Bursting Claws - Ralx ignites the fur on his arms, letting his next basic attack deal 40/45/50/55/60(+110% AD)(+30% AP). Damage is based on Ralx's Lighter >Bursting Shot - Ralx can activate the ability again to use the fire as a skillshot instead of a melee attack, Ralx will channel the fire on his arms, shooting it forwards in a line, damaging the first enemy hit, dealing 60/70/80/90/100/110(+20% Bonus AD)(+70% AP). Damage is based on Ralx's Lighter

2nd Ability - Chaotic Ambitions >Mana Cost - 8/10/12/14/16 mana per second ---------------- Cooldown - 2s >Passive - Everytime Ralx strikes an enemy champion with an ability, he gains +2/3/4/5/6 Mana and Helth Regen each second for 3 seconds, He also gains a Flat 10/13/17/20/24 movespeed. This effect cannot occur more than once and has a cooldown of 10 seconds. >Active - Ralx sacrifices all of his Health Regen and Rapidly drains his own Mana, in return, he gains an increased damage output of 4/5.5/7/8.5/10% This Damage increase DOES NOT increase Ralx's Passive - Combustable Fur's damage.

3rd Ability - Inferno >Mana Cost - 80 at all ranks ------ Cooldown 10 seconds at all ranks ----- Range 350 >Ralx ignites his tail and spins around, dealing 30/50/70/90/110(+60% Bonus AD)(+60% AP) damage to all enemies around him. Damage dealt is based on Ralx's Lighter.

Ultimate - Meteor Crash >Mana Cost - 150/125/100 ----- Cooldown 150/120/90s -------- Range - 1200 >Ralx channels for 1.5 seconds, igniting himself and launching himself at target location. If Ralx hits an Enemy Champion on his way, he stops, dealing 250/325/400(+100% Bonus AD)(+85% AP) to the one that was Struck, and 35% to all enemies around him. After collision, Ralx is launched in the air and is untargetable for 0.7 seconds, if the enemy that Ralx struck dies to his ultimate, Ralx can recast it again for free, for a short time.(4 seconds) Damage dealt is based on Ralx's Lighter.

Well there it is, any feedback would be great, and before you ask about the lighter, it was just an idea I had this afternoon whilst playing pokemon. If it would be impossible for it to exist, I'd change him to pure physical and tweek his numbers a bit.
