My thoughts on Snow Day Bard's Ult
As an avid Bard player, I am excited for another skin in my collection. I am having trouble understanding why the ult cannot be blue instead of the usual gold. The reason given is that for clarity's sake, anyone in the stasis effect must be golden.
My point is, there is nothing new being done to Bard's ult. He is still shooting a shiny projectile at a destination marked by a large circle everyone can see, and at this point I am sure everyone (that plays this game regularly) knows what Bard's ult does. I also think stasis is a rare effect, you can either enter through Zhonya's, Bard's ult, or Lissandra's ult. It's not like people are entered into a stasis state so often that it is hard to understand what is happening. It involves either investing an item, or picking a champion with the ability, and those alone should be clear enough indicators of what could happen.
Not to mention that the circle placed by Snow Day Bard's ult looks kind of like Ekko's W before the dome appears, I would think that is more of a clarity issue.
