Let revive Omen!

I've had a few thought's on Omen's game play and i want to see him released. I have a couple of ideas on what he could do whether he were a ranged champion or a melee champion.

Ranged Omen Passive - Vorpal Scatter - Omen's auto attacks would go through objects hit but in a super small cone into the objects behind them(Damage is AP Scaling) Q - Spike Arc - Launches spikes that hit a line as a timed skillshot. damage is AD scaling W - Wall Mount - Jumps on a narrow wall and gains bonus movement speed (ap scaling) after jumping off for a brief time E - Spiked Cone - launch a short, wide cone of spikes from Omen's tail and a far, narrow cone fro from his back. damage increased if taken damage from both(tail - AD scaling, Spine - AD scaling, bonus damage from both - AP scaling and can proc Thunderlord's Decree). R - Deamon Launch - launches a channeled ability that sends spikes from Omen's spine to a target area dealing damage within a medium range(AD scaling). Say something larger than Kog'maw's but smaller than Pantheon's

Melee Omen Passive - Damned Souls - Every 5 champion deaths on both teams, Omen gains Health, Armor, and Magic Resistance. Damned Souls stacks cap at 10. Every time Omen dies, he looses a stack. Omen's death's do NOT add to the champion deaths towards Damned Souls. Q - Hell's Wheel - Roll a short distance into a champion or large monster dealing damage(ad scaling). target is slown for a brief time W - Wall Mount - Jumps on a narrow wall and gains bonus movement speed (ap scaling) after jumping off for a brief time E - Devil's Gaze - Fear an object(minion, monster or champion) and to be slown. Damage taking from Omen while slown and feared is increased(AD scaling with to %total heath) R - Unleash the Damned - Gains increased AD and Health (% health scaling) and summons 2 Damned Spawns with a quarter of Omen's stats to fight along side him for a brief time. (Damned Spawns don't gain stacks with Nasus or Viegar Q's)

With a little extra thought on these, both would work great for him as a Jungler :D Given some enthusiasm from friends that' i've shown this too, they want me to flesh out some lore for Omen. Welp, Cheers! Good Luck on the Rift for for Pre-Season!
