@Riot I didn't receive the mystery skin from you guys

So I'm only level 13 and I only have 3 champs (Master Yi, Riven, and Annie). I saw the post that you guys made on the boards about the requirements and I think I pass all of them. Between those 3 champs I think there is more than 10 unowned skins. I know you guys said you would be giving them out the entire January so I decided to wait until today to make a post about this. I hope you guys see this and I can receive the mystery skin.
