Champion with SC2 Phoenix Attack/Movement Patterns

Although my StarCraft days have been over for many years, I always thought the Protoss Phoenix unit was one of the most interesting and fun concepts in the game. It's a ranged unit whose attacks do not interrupt movement, so instead of kiting like move-stop-attack-move-stop-attack, it's simply a fluid attack on-the-go with no stops in between. It feels very smooth and satisfying. There currently is no such champion in League of Legends atm, and it's something I'd really like to see.

Here's the Phoenix in action (skip to 5:55): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_iaYwor3JsA

Of course, I wouldn't say this without putting some thought into what the champion kit should look like, so here is my concept...

VISUAL The SC2 Phoenix is a plane, but I wouldn't want this to be some Corki rework (unless Riot is already working on some Corki rework, which I wouldn't know). Really I imagine this champion to be on some kind of vehicle like rollerskates or a hoverboard.

PASSIVE Move like the Phoenix. Basic attacks and abilities do not interrupt movement, have 500-something range, and Champion moves faster than the average champion.

Q Medium/High CD, Medium/High mana cost Champion throws out a skillshot bomb that collides with first enemy hit, dealing damage in an explosive radius. If there is no enemy collision, the bomb explodes at the end of its range anyway. Consecutive basic attacks empower this ability on its next cast, increasing damage, range, and explosion radius, and reducing CD and mana cost up to a cap.

W Very short CD, Very small mana cost, Requires charges (like Jhin E), Up to 5 charges Champion deploys a Roomba disc in target direction. It zaps enemies within its radius, damaging and slowing over time. In real Roomba fashion, it moves very slow and can bounce off walls, enemies, and even each other. Roombas last a very long time but can be targeted by enemy champion attacks (like Kalista ghosts). Unlike Kalista ghosts, Roombas do not grant vision, but they do reveal units that they damage. Although an individual Roomba is pretty insignificant, multiple roombas can stack their damage and slows on top of each other, making it very formidable in tight spaces (jungle or dragon pit) where they keep bouncing off of things. It is possible to bring an enemy down to 0% movement speed, in which they are essentially rooted, but the walk animation is still triggered (I want this only because I think it would look funny).

E Short/Medium CD, Small/Medium mana cost Champion deals damage and knocks back in a VERY short range cone behind him and gains a burst of movement speed in a target direction. Like a rocket speed boost.

R I'm not sure what works for an ultimate ability. Clearly this is a champion that heavily relies on kiting with its non-ultimate kit, so I lean towards an ultimate that enhances his/her basic kit in some way, shape, or form (like Vayne, Twitch, or old old Ryze). Yet there are such champions with heavier "one-time" ults like Cassiopeia. Lmk what you think.

Strats Since the walls of the mid lane brushes are parallel and the bushes are linear, a Roomba can be deployed to bounce between the walls for its entire lifespan, potentially revealing enemy junglers if they get damaged. Counterplay is to ward the brush beforehand and walk around the Roomba. Easy waveclear with auto attacks and Qs. It might also be possible to farm by bouncing Roombas off of minions if they are positioned in a certain way. The knockback from E, when timed precisely, can be used to interrupt enemy dashes (Lee Sin Q, Gragas bodyslam, Vi Q, etc.). Auto attack+Q synergy=sheen? Since auto attacks increase Q range, it may be wise to save/build Q to finish off enemies that try to run and are far away

Pros High mobility and damage output Roaming because of above Potentially tilting 0% movespeed from Roomba stacking Q explosions and Roombas can be chaotic during teamfights Waveclear

Cons Fresh meat for assassins, with E knockback being only counterplay. Probably a medium/high skillcap. Poking with Q is mana heavy without auto attacks (tear would be necessary). No "hard" CC

Urgot His W kinda has that mechanic, his movement does not interrupt your auto attacks, you keep firing at the marked target.
