Creating a League of legends champion through Roleplay.

I want to check this with Riot before I embark on this epic quest.

The Role playing section allows us to create characters within the world of Runeterra, it also has a strict set of rules for some of the RP's enforcing Canon.

As this is moderated and created by Riot, I have stumbled upon a cool idea that I would like to see realised.

If someone managed to make a critically acclaimed character within the Role playing section, one which fit into the canon of league of legends and had amazingly character development and lore, fully realised art concepts. Abilities that could be transferred into the game etc. etc.

Would Riot consider making such a character an actual champion in League of Legends? Or otherwise offer such a person to create a character?

I write a lot in my spare time but I'm really looking for some inspiration here. if you could approve such a thing as even just remotely possible I'd maybe be able to get off my ass and write, as I'm sure others would too!
