No Free Skin

So everybody got a free skin right ? All my friends were asking me what skin i got , and the answer is i haven't got any free skin and i din't get any notification or email , nothing. All i want is to get a free skin nothing else.

Either Riot still isn't finished distributing them, or you got banned or chat restricted some time in 2014.
