Other Event Skins

So, I like the event skins but when I went to check out how much the MF skin was, it said 'Unavailable' - is this because she will become available when she is introduced in the story?

Yeah. The Event inspired skins coincide with Act 3 (I believe) of the event story. So until then, they'll be Unavailable
