well, you know i was randomly playing diablo when i suddenly got this random idea OUT OF NOWHERE and so here it is Death The Grim Harvester

General appearence: He is literally a skeletal figure with a black, ragged cloak covering him. you can make out the skeletal face and eye sockets and the teeth AKA his whole face is visible. he weilds a amssive scythe (about the height as braun). his skeletal hands are also visible but his arm is not as his cloak also has long sleeves. also the empty space in his sockets has a unholy glow to it AKA he has some sort of internal light in his skull.

passive: death bringer - for every minion killed, he gains 1 stack of death bringer. upon champion kill, he gains 3 stacks assist - 2 stacks. this will be used to fuel attacks for extra effects

Q- unholy presence- causes units within a radius to take 1/1.5/2/2.5/3% of max hp every second. activate again to consume 1 stack of death bringer per second to deal a bonus 1/1.5/2/2.5/3% max health for amount of health missing also consumes 5/7/9/10/10 mana per second.

W- touch of the grave- for 5/6/7/8/10 seconds you gain 10/15/17/20/15% lifesteal and a bonus 10/12/15/20/30 attack damage. activate in the middle of the effect to consume 5 db and get a bonus 10/15/20/15/30 ad.

E- behead. similar to darius's pull he swings his scythe forwards and pulls it backwards dealing 70/100/120/140/160 damage and consumes 80 mana. also consumes 3 stacks of db for an extra pull effect.

R- touch of death- deals 300/350/400/450/500 attack damage and a bonus 10 for every stack of db but does not consume them instead, it consumes 100/120/140/160/200 mana and if this attack kills target, death gains an extra 10 stacks of db.
