I think you should be able to unlock skins with achievements on that champion

I think it would be a great addition. You could also buy them still, and the achievements would be like "Get this many kills and redeem your skin!" Or, "this many this and reedeem the skin!" Riot, what do you think?

im only against this because it promotes greed over teamplay. maybe with wins instead of kills
