Is azir gettin a skin any time soon?

Believe me, i know he is hard to design a skin for and get it to wkrk in game, but the poor bird is over a year old, is he getting a skin soon? :( Cause a necromancer azir would be hella cool.

Also, i dont play azir, but i love anything about him, and would love for him to get a skin<3
