There has not been a new marksman is a while and I know one of the next champs will probably be a marksman but I have an idea for a kind of funny one. Annie's brother that uses finger guns and makes his own sounds effects when he shoots. He uses magic to fire the finger guns. I don't have any ideas for names or abilities. Please tell me what you think of this.
...no... honestly no I don't see this being a thing you can't just relate someone to another like that riot doesn't work that way you won't have Annie and then years later get her brother. It works in reworks, though, look at Warwick singed tried to fix him and thought he failed but look at that, EVEN AFTER SINGED DID THAT THEY HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO DO WITH EACHOTHER. So the likely hood of Annie's brother showing up is reaaaaaally low, plus that character is basically Teemo making his own sounds instead of the blowdart sound. if you had pictures drawn the name lore and abilities here then this would have been more promising. right now it looks really bad with league switch over to being more modern. Reworks such as warwick and Galio are more modern, a mechanical werewolf and instead of him being a gargoyle like in the hunchback of Notre Dame or Hercules the animated movie, he looks like a gigantic statue that was built to commemorate someone like a hero and in this case doesn't look old and out of date but instead looks new. Look at Camille newest champ released. Riot has been taking steps towards the future, sure it would be nice if they had half of the league champs stay behind and not up to date whether they get reworked or not because that feeling they give also is what makes people play him. Yasuo is a samurai, what if he was a robot with a sword and I'm not talking about the project skin but something like from I robot or terminator without the flesh covering walking around with a sword, It would not be visually appealing or interesting and the only way riot can make that champ interesting is to buff them till their broken. SOOOOOOOO... idea pretty bad but if you had more to show my thoughts and the thoughts of others that are going to read this might change with something as small as a picture/abilities and names(of champ and abilities).
