Hunter, The Eye Of Peace Concept REWORKED

This is a reworked version of my previous concept. I took alot of feedback and tried making a more themed version kit for Hunter. Let me know your thoughts :)

Hunter _The Eye Of Peace _

(Hunter is a unique champion in which he doesn't have any form of damage at all, not even auto attacks! )

Hunter was born into a Demacian family, who cared for him greatly. However Hunter was born different than others. He was born with the special ability of talking to plants. His parents didn't understand this and suppressed these abilities he had. As time passed it seemed he had more than just plant communication, he could heal and cast powerful arcane spells. His parents tried to ignore these abilities and never let him do it in their sight or in public. His dad was a proud low rank solider in the army, hoping his son would join and pass him in his honor. His mom was a serious fellow who cared for him deeply to the point she was always watching him. Hunter didn't like the idea of armies, nor war. He was friendly to everyone and viewed the world as such a amazing place filled with potential. He didn't believe in hurting others or punishment, and thought in doing so wouldn't make the problem better. As Hunter grew up so did his will, and often times not caring for his parents request of suppression, he would study spells and magic in secret. He was caught however, and his freedom was taken even further. He couldn't leave the house at all unless with his parents. Weeks after ,Hunter would talk to the plants growing barely inside his room from cracks. He would rant and go on and on about how stupid his parents were being, and how their views aren't right. Rightfully one dark night, the plants grew to a giant size. His entire room was filled with long grass. He stood amazed at how he made these plants grow on their own with just words. He was however shutdown soon after, for a voice said " Pardon the grass! Daisy is shy! hehe" Hunter stood speechless as Ivern appeared before his eyes. Hunter knew about him, based on stories he read. Hunter asked him if he could be taken from this place, Ivern simply replied "Why Sure! Why else would I be here!"

For years Hunter traveled with Ivern. Learning and watching the beauty of the world he walked in. He continued studying magic, but soon found it more powerful than he would want it to be. His power was beyond anything Ivern saw. After years of wondering and learning, Hunter went on his own path, thanking Ivern as a savior, and a friend. Hunter knew his power was strong, but he vowed to never use it against living things unless desperate. He would often times appear in battles, helping which ever side reasoned with peace. He used his powerful arcane powers to help others and protect them, while also protecting himself as well. His legend lives on as the Green Wizard, or, The Eye Of Peace. He serves as a beacon of hope, and has been appreciated from many other legends like Karma.

Hunter wears a long green robe. He floats in the air with a trail of majestic strings around him ( arcane mastery) . He carries a thick over sized wand always in his hand. He walks around like when bard picks up his chimes. He has blonde hair, and wears a over sized green cowboy hat. He has green eyes and is fairly young looking like Ezreal.

Major Enemies: Shen Zed Swain Jinx Darius Draven Kat Talon Singed Lissandra


**Hunter ** _The Eye Of Peace _ ( No auto attacks, no spell damage, no mana,) BASE HP: 500

**Passive: ** Arcane Mastery:

Hunter surrounds himself with a arcane shield that gives him 60% the amount of max HP he has. When the shield is broken, Hunter gets 30% move speed for 2.5 seconds. The shield will regenerate considerably fast along side his Base HP- which doesn't regenerate as fast. Allies near him will get a green string of arcane energy from Hunter attached to them, giving them 15% of his max shield for themselves without removing it from him and extra bonus effects from his kit. The range on this is isn't large but it isn't small either, you don't have to hug hunter in order to keep it on you but you can't venture too far from him. After the shield on an ally is broken, it will take 10 seconds for it to reappear on them if they are still within the radius and will stay for 1.5 seconds after they are outside the radius.
( Note that the 10% bonus is only from the max amount the shield provides) He will have around 800 total health at level 1, 500 base HP and around 300 from the shield with out runes and masteries. Since this can give him some crazy amount of health later in the game, Hunter has lower health gain per level than most champions) Peacekeeper: Hunter has no form of doing damage. He doesn't have any direct damage on his abilities nor can he auto attack. He can pass through units and click on them to move to that location as though nothing was there, this gives him very good mobility in lane with minions.

Desperate Attempts: Hunter can store 30 stacks of Desperate Attempts. Each time a enemy attacks Hunter he gets 2 stacks. Each time a enemy attacks a ally inside his arcane mastery passive, Hunter gets 4 stacks. Upon reaching 30 stacks the passive can be activated, pushing back ALL enemies in a medium radius around him. This resets the stacks to 0.

Q- Arcane Trading CD 13/12/11/10 Hunter can split ( which means he looses some) 15%/20%/25%/30% of his shield to a ally inside his Arcane Mastery Passive. The Shield won't regenerate but it will stay on the ally as long as they are inside his Arcane Mastery passive. He can give this to all 4 of his teammates plus the 15% extra shield his passive gives already to this teammates. However, in doing so Hunter would loose % of his shield and could loose it entirely if he kept spamming the ability without waiting for it to regenerate. Sure once its gone it comes back but now you can't use Q anymore because you spammed it and completely lost your own shield to protect you. Q shield does not stack on allies but will just refresh the shield on them. If Hunter dies or allies are outside his arcane mastery passive the Shields will go away after 1.5 seconds

W- Precious Life CD 14/13/12/11 This ability changes depending if Allies are within Hunter's Arcane Mastery passive. If Hunter is alone he will heal for 30% of his max SHIELD health instantly upon usage . When allies are inside his Arcane Mastery, he will instantly heal them for 15% of his TOTAL max health upon usage including himself. This includes the normal HP and shield added together, while also giving them 8%/10%/15%/20% move speed for 2.5 seconds.

An example is imagine he has 900 normal HP. 60% of that is turned into his shield so he now has around 1500 total health. When using Precious Life, 15% of that 1500 will be used as a heal for his team mates and himself.


E- Savior Of Wills 15/14/13/12 Hunter twirls to a ally location giving them a spell shield upon arrival for 2.5 seconds and will heal them after the duration of the spell shield or when it breaks for 4%/4%/4%/4.5% of their max HP over 3.5 seconds. This ability has a very large range like Xerath's ULT at level one. However the range doesn't increase with level. Hunter can not use this ability on the same target for 28/24/20/17 seconds. ( Although Hunter dashes in a twirl through the air, he isn't immune to CC. A thresh hook right in his path will stop him, same for a Azir ult to the face ETC. )


R- Enough! CD 180/160/140 After a cast time of 0.5 seconds, Hunter turns into a beautiful sphere of pure green arcane energy making him unable to move. During 3.7 seconds all allies and enemies in a LARGE area around him will be silenced and slowed for 30%/40%/50%.However, Allies inside his arcane mastery passive will not be Silenced and will have the slow on them reduced by half.

( allies who are silenced by his ult won't stop any active abilities that they were currently casting, example: Karthus will continue using his ult even when Hunter silences him)

Yes, Now he actually feel like a powerful arcane mage that don't want to hurt anything :)) But 1 thing still bug me that his name is still Hunter :)

Nice revamp of the concept, looks even better now with the ult more compulsively controlling fights. I like how you made him synergize his abilities with MAX health for shielding I would love to try him out in game

Update: Buffed him and changed his ULT a bit.

The first thing that struck me was: OMG SO MUCH TO READ FOR HIS ABILITIES!!!

The second was: OMG ITS ONLY SHIELDS

The third was: OMG THIS IS A SUPPORT NOT A FREAKIN HUNTER [zombie-brand-mindblown]

Still looks quite cool to me, but it might be kinda overloaded and overcomplicated Still great work! Would love to see new updates on this champion! When thinking of it: why is everyone so interested in champs without basic attacks lately? [slayer-pantheon-rainbows]

Updated: Buffed his Q, nerfed his W, and added a new system to his passive called Desperate Attempts.
