Kezka, The Lunatic of Piltover (Character Concept)

There's a reason human modification is considered taboo - for every part of the body augmented or replaced, the mind has to make adjustments to cope. Past a certain point, the psychological stress begins building rapidly. One step too far, and there's no returning to sanity.

Kezka took that step a long, long time ago.

He'd always been fascinated with how things worked, constantly striving for greater understanding. The best way he knew to do so was to take things apart, study how the pieces interacted, put it back together to make something new. Something better. But no matter what he did, he always eventually ran into a wall - even if he could see improvements that could be made, he wasn't capable of bringing them to fruition. It irritated him to no end. He eventually came to the realization that if he wasn't adept enough to make the changes he envisioned, he would simply have to improve himself. So he began to alter his body, simple modifications at first; robotic eyes to see the full spectrum of light, mechanical joints for precision and control. Each change came with marked increases in his performance, and his modifications came with more frequency and extremity. It was a drug, and he was far beyond addicted. But once again, he hit the wall. He didn't have enough understanding of human physiology, and there were only so many experiments he could perform on himself. His mind had already been on the verge of shattering, and this final frustration broke his fragile link to sanity. And as it left, sudden clarity replaced it. If he wanted to understand the human body, he simply had to do as he always did.

Take one apart.

Kezka is a stance based fighter with high versatility. His q, w, and e all change his playstyle drastically, and his r is an ability dependent on the stance he's currently in.

Passive (Option 1)- Revved Up While Kezka is in combat, he gains stacking movement speed and attack speed. This rapidly decays after X seconds out of combat or while under any form of cc.

Passive (Option 2)- Dissect and Assimilate Upon kill or assist, Kezka measures X% of the enemy's (health, attack damage, movement speed) and applies them to himself. Ex. If it's 2%, killing an enemy with 2000 health, 150 ad, and 380 ms means Kezka will gain 40 health, 3 ad, and 7.6 ms.

Q - Grip Module Kezka equips his mechanical hand, which glows yellow. While in this stance, he loses attack speed but gains armor and mr, and strikes enemies with enough force to daze them. Dazed enemies have interactions with his r.

W - Shred Module Kezka equips his saw, which glows red. While in this stance, he gains ad and attack speed, and his attacks rupture enemies. Ruptured enemies have interactions with his r.

E - Shock Module Kezka equips his static cannon, which glows blue. While in this stance, his attack range is increased to 300(?) and his attacks charge enemies. Charged enemies have interactions with his r.

R - Magnetic Pull - Saw Launcher - Chain Static

Magnetic Pull - Grip Module R Kezka launches his hand a short distance, dealing light physical damage. If the target is a minion or monster, he pulls it to him and can activate the ability again to throw it in an arc, dealing damage in a small aoe on impact. If the target is a champion, he will pull them to him if he has more max health, and pull himself to them if he has less. On a Dazed enemy - slows the target On a Ruptured enemy - reduces the target's resistances On a Charged enemy - reduces the target's damage

Saw Launcher - Shred Module R Kezka launches his saw blade as a single target projectile, dealing heavy physical damage. While this ability is on cooldown, he loses the bonus ad from Shred Module and his attacks no longer rupture. The saw blade will remain either embedded in the ground (if no enemies were hit) or in the enemy struck, and running over it or attacking the enemy will shorten the cooldown to 1 second. On a Dazed enemy - deals bonus physical damage On a Ruptured enemy - causes the target to bleed On a Charged enemy - deals bonus magic damage

Chain Static - Shock Module R Kezka targets an enemy and deals magic damage. Effects vary based on how many charged enemies are in the area. On a Dazed enemy - stuns for 0.25 seconds, increasing by 0.25 for every charged enemy in the area, up to a max of 5 for a 1.5 second stun. On a Ruptured enemy - bounces to all charged enemies, dealing bonus damage for every charged enemy. On a Charged enemy - gives Kezka a burst of movement speed, increasing for every charged enemy.

Hey! Here are my thoughts on your concept!^_^

Lore: Interesting concept. Definitely a cool idea.

Passives: I want to say option 1 is better, it sort of works with how his kit encourages him to AA for damage. To me Option 2 feels snowbally, useless when behind and even when ahead I don't even think those boosts are worth it.

Stances: The issue with the three stances is that, no offense, they don't really bring meaningful gameplay to his kit. All his kit does is give him stat boosts/a range modifier, he literally does nothing but AA until he gets 6 and gets his ult. His normal abilities just don't bring much to the game. Why play him when I can play Uydr who has a similar stance system but can stun, shield, speed boost, deal massive burst(double tiger), strong consistent damage, and now that I think about it doesn't Uydr's passive give him bonus MS and AS too? I don't remember. What I'm saying is there just isn't much options in your base kit, you stand there and AA people down you can't do much besides that until you get your ult and even than that's only one spell.

Ult: I'm just saying but what is the CD on this ult? And how do you change abilities?

R Magnetic Grip- Wouldn't you want to pull squishes to you and not pull tanks in? Like I would pull a Cait into my team rather than a tanky Sion.

Overall: Cool concept but I think he needs work. Put some stuff into his basic kit, it's kind of bland right now. Add some way to amp his damage or give him some utility. His biggest issue is how he doesn't do anything but damage outside his ult. Also what role do you want Kezka to fill? Right now I'm thinking bruiser?
