New Void Champion Concept

So this is being going through my head for a while that their has not been a new void champ in over three years and so i came up with a AP support that only has to stay in one lane all game probably but not really came up with a good name for it though and i'm still working on the design but with out further a do i'll introduce to you Xel'Kar the seeing. passive: The eyes of Xel'kar allowing him to have increased sight and auto attack range with each level and cannot buy wards but is replaced with The Void's Gaze Q: Pillar of Hope, Xel'Kar places a small pillar of the void on the ground for 20/25/30/35 seconds which will act like a heimerdinger turret(attacking minions but will switch to the nearest enemy champ hit with Xel'kar's most recent AA) and scaling with 60% of his AP W: Void Safeguard, Xel'kar upgrades his E for 20/22/24/26/28 seconds as well as refreshing its life span and allowing it to both shield the chosen ally for 2% of his maximum health and have ranged attacks scaling of 20% of his AP, if his E sees an invisible or camouflaged enemy champion whilst W is up it will not attack the enemy champion E: The Void's Gaze, Xel'kar channels for 2.5 seconds to the chosen ally champion to place on of his on the chosen for 10/15/20/25 seconds and acts like a sweeping lens and can see both camouflaged and invisible champions but only Xel'kar and the chosen ally can see them R: Sight of the Unknown, Xel'kar uses all his mana to see all the enemy champions for 5/7.5/10 seconds as well as putting his E on all allies well that's my idea and i hope you like it and if you think i need to improve or change a few things just write a comment and i'll respond as fast a possible.

Sounds great but i think his/her turrets would accidentally steal the ADC's farm haha

literally does no damage. i love the idea, but some things are to similar. his passive should just be higher veiwing range and at lvl12, he should gain an ability to naturally see over walls, the q shouldn't be a structure, and lastly, his ult would be bad even in proplay because you just get to see opponents. i think the ult should do somewhat massive damage. but that is a great idea and you should improve on it.
