New Champion Theme (or even ultimate or legendary skin)

There are many different champion themes in league like, a fish, a bird, an alcoholic, death itself, a sniper, etc. but you know what kind of champion doesnt exist yet? (other than a penguin) A champion that is asleep, now this may sound crazy, but this champion could be really cool, with spells that would be based around nightmares and dreams, as magic damage. now as a skin, i was thinking about annie, and her spells could look like dreams and tibbers could be a nightmare, idk man, just an option ;P
