She is designed to be a Jungle/Midlane Assassin/Fighter Lore: Xelea was a Noxian Assassin, and friend of . however one day Xelea was on a mission to Eliminate she called for backup and none came she had been abandoned by her Friends and Kingdom. Had her locked up and placed in Maximum security for 1 year for her crimes, and than gave her an ultimatum. She could either betray Noxus and work for Demacia as a Secret assassin, or be imprisoned for the rest of her life. Needless to say she joined to get revenge on those who betrayed her. She worked for Demacia and killed High profile Noxian officials and such, for many years. After the League of legends was established their was no need for her services anymore, she decided to join after some time to continue to further Demacia's goals. Stats: Base Health: 647 Base Health Regen: 2.6 Base Mana: 278 Base Mana Regen: 2.3 Base Armor: 36 Base MR: 27 Base Move Speed: 355 Base AD: 64 Base AP: 0 Passive: No Solace for opponents Xelea's passive is that she does more damage to foes for however much percentage health they are missing. Does 40/45/60/80/110 Pyshical (+ 3/4 of AD) W: Power Strike 8/7/5/3/3 30 mana Passively gives her 5/7/9/11/15 Armor and MR Active Empowers he next basic attack to do 50/60/70/90/100 (+ 2/3 of AD) E: Unexpected Fire 10/10/10/9/8 60 mana Xelea pulls out 2 hexitech submachine guns and fires to either side of her doing 70/100/110/110/200 Magical (+ all of current AP) Than procedes to throw each gun as separate skillshots that do 60/70/90/110/120 psychical (+ 1/2 of AD) Ultimate: All in 120/80/60 no mana Jumps to an enemy Zed ult style, obscures their vision Graves w style, and summons 4 Demacian Warriors that attack the target than attack those around him, Xelea does 110/200/300 Physical Damage ( All of current AD).
