Skins

I think "what makes LoL still fun?" I realize its skins! Now I think of new skin idea's I keep going back to blood moon bard. Red and white. White auto attacks and bard's weapon glows red and his auto turns red when a chime is ready. I didnt think of a recall or new emotes but I think it could even be an epic+ skin! Bard only has 2 skins so it would be cool if this came true.
