New jungle camp (assasin based)

Hi guys,

I have an idea for a new jungle camp made just for assasins. It would be located in the river in the area where scuttle crab is spawned and constantly on the move, just like scuttie. It would only initially spawn on one side of the river along with scuttle crab and would follow it like a companion. If you attack it, it becomes scared, starts to run away from you and builds up its fear bar (something like rage bar on some champs) and when it fills up (a few seconds after you engage it) it burrows in the ground and teleports to the opposite side of the river (imagine a Rek' Sai ultimate) while reseting its health and fear bar. It would be resistant to crowd control so you can't use your stuns or slows on it to prevent the escape and would require mobility and high damage bursts to kill, which is exactly what assasins can do. Upon killing the camp the killer would be rewarded with something like a movement speed and/or attack speed buff lasting for 5-10 minutes, depending on how strong the buff would be. It would spawn along with scuttie at the start of the match and would respawn 15 minutes after it dies. It should have a lot of health points and be fast so assasins would have a better chance to kill it than other non-assasin champions.

That is pretty much it, I would like to hear what others think about this idea, it would be really fun to see this become a part of the rift.
