Aurelion Sol: Legendary Skin Idea

I know a lot of people have been that Aurelion Sol wasn't Ao Shin. Why not make that ancient weather dragon motif into a legendary skin? The Q would be a small hurricane that would get bigger just like in real life. His passive would be little light grey clouds that blacken and thunder when he is W is active. If you felt his E needed a little panache why not asian cymbals when he took flight or a gong sound when he landed. His ultimate would be a bolt of lighting and galeforce blowing enemies away. I think that would appease the people who are dissatisfied and they would be more than happy to buy RP. Total win-win.
