Blacked out honor

How come when i go to my friends profile page on the client there honor level is blacked out? is there a upcoming feature that will implement this or is it just there to be there? Here is a picture of what im talking about if your clueless: http://imgur.com/a/jW81g

Hello there.

So Riot confirmed that this is actually a bug. They will make it so that if you are lvl 3+ it will appear in your profile for everyone to see. I am not sure if they will leave it this way for lvl2- or they will just remove it and it will look like the old one.
