Idea for free rotations.

Well, I just thought that maybe for the people who own all the champions that are in the free rotation, they might be able to get a free skin rotation?

Do it kind of by "quota". If you own 9-10 of the champs that week, you get 3 skins for that week; if you own 6-8 champs that week you get 2; and if you have from 3-5 champs you get 1 skin.

To make it easy you can just offer 10 free champs a week and a skin for 3 of those 10 champions in the rotation.

I don't know it this is even possible to do but I just thought it could be a neat idea. Would give some people the opportunity to play with certain skins and maybe push them to buying them.

Anywhosies, just a thought.
