Yorick's Legendary Skin

So , I'm a Yorick Main so I'm really upset that he only has 2 skins. So i came up with an idea : Thunderlord Yorick. His ghouls would be tiny storm elementars that strike with lightnings. His Q would make his "Shovel" look like a giant lightning waiting to hit something. His W would be dark clouds surrounding his enemy. His E would also be something with dark clouds. His ultimate : He summons a giant storm elementar that is surrounded by lightnings and moving on dark clouds. It would attack it's enemies with heavy thundebolts. I would really appreciate feedback.
