New Champions Idea: Captain Firehead

I haven't played League for very long, but I noticed that other than Miss Fortune, there isn't really a real other pirate champion, so I thought of one!

Name: Captain Firehead Looks: He carries a cannon on his left arm and holds a sword on his right. He's human. He's kinda unique cause of the fact that all auto attacks are from his sword but all abilities come from his cannon. Abilities: [Q] AHOY, MATEY! - Using his cannon, Firehead lobs a cannonball,dealing (x) damage to target. Deals reduced damage to enemies around it. (Splash damage) [W] AVAST! - Firehead fires a cannonball, dealing (x) damage to all targets in its path. (basically a piercing shot) [E] WALK THE PLANK! - Throws a treasure chest at target, dealing low damage, stunning, and blinding them. [R] LAND, HO! - A massive cannonball is fired at the target location, dealing massive damage, igniting, and slowing all enemies within the area. The ignite wears off after the enemy leaves the area, or after 7 seconds.

I'm building him to be a big ol damage dealer, but can take a number of hits as well. Again, I haven't played league very long so the description might be a bit flawed. So let me know if I have to fix anything!
