Skinning minions for league

so basically, in Summoners rift you have 5 on 5, so what if you could buy special skins for your Minions that spawn, the idea is inspired from the time when League of Draven was around, but basically you could buy special skins for your minions that spawn, Each person has the ability to Skin a specific minion this way there wouldn't be any clashing over multiple skins being applied by one team, of course this would all cost money such as Champion skins do. I feel it would mix it up a bit and add more presence to the game itself and make you feel like your contributing to a funner and more unique experience to league. I brought this idea up on a support ticket and they said that if this idea was caught by the league community and up-voted it could become a real thing. Well fellow summoners what are your thoughts on this idea? Say idea wise, could skin a minion to have Draven's face, another minion could be Poro related and such. but the minion itself would still have the same characteristics of the old style minion just a different skin so it wouldn't be hard to distinguish say a caster minion from a melee minion. also the minions you skin would be what is going after the enemy base and such. incase no one caught that.
