Hey Riot want to make a few more Million real easy...?

How do u ask?... well I'm sure some super smart real educated ThinkTank guy in ur employment has already started this idea or atleast might have told someone who could have taken credit for it and had it done..* prob given a promotion or something even a new parking spot atleast*

Custom Borders.. Why not.. something u could let us spend our extra IP on or even for spend the GREEN PAPER that feeds the gas to your Bugatti or the 911 whatever Rich playboy game makers drive. or 2 that Hot chick that only comes by once a week from 5pm to 6pm and leaves looking sweaty and abused? hell its whatever u want to use it for.. I'm just curious to why the idea has not been considered..
